At Brandiology, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
👉 The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Used or opened products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging damage (without affecting the product)
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
👉 Shipping charges are non-refundable
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
